C M R (Far East) Pte Ltd, in collaboration with Keppel OTD, is the co-designer, supplier, and fabricator of Jacking Motor Control Center (JMCC) and Local Control Console (LCC), for a renowned self-elevating and positioning fixation system for Jack-up Rigs. The proprietary design jacking system is designed to hold up to 75,000kips per leg and built in compliance with ABS/DNV rules.
The jacking system is implemented in more than 100 projects installed globally since 2005, making the jacking system reliable, well tested, and proven.
Apart from providing the JMCCs and LCCs for jacking systems, we design the monitoring system for the jacking system, named Enhanced Monitoring System (EMS). The EMS monitoring is designed with options to include Leg Impact Motoring & Rack Phase Differential (RPD)s Monitoring.
